Why is my dog suddenly peeing in bed and not going potty outside?

My dog will not go potty outside with my boyfriend, only me and she has recently started peeing in the bed. She has done this 4 times this week! What can I do? Pet's info: Dog | Bulldog | Female | 5 years and 10 months old | 47 lbs

If Molly has recently started peeing in the bed when she was previously housebroken, then I would take her into the vet today for an exam. She may have a UTI or bladder stones. The vet can do routine blood tests and a urinalysis to see if she does have a UTI or bladder stones, and can treat accordingly.
