I think that Pluto needs to be seen by a veterinarian. There are quite a few things that can cause nausea and vomiting in such a young puppy. Parvo virus is one of the things and it can be life threatening. He could have intestinal parasites as well. The veterinarian can do an exam and some diagnostics to diagnose his problem. Then they can start him on a treatment plan to get him feeling better! Thank you for reaching out to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!

Hi there! Sorry to hear that Duke is not feeling well. The clinical signs you describe are concerning when they occur in a puppy as they can be seen with serious gastrointestinal infections such as Parvovirus. Other possibilities include intestinal worms and dietary indiscretion, among other possibilities. The sooner these conditions are treated the better the outcome tends to be. For this reason, I recommend that you have Duke evaluated by your veterinarian to check for these possibilities and to start therapy based on findings. At the very least they can address dehydration if present and start him on anti-nausea medications. Good luck! Keeping my fingers crossed for your boy!
