My puppy has a red bump on her leg, but it's not a pimple. What is it?

This looks like it may be a histiocytoma. This is a benign growth that appears on young animals and spontaneously resolve. To be 100% sure this is what it is, I recommend having your veterinarian take an aspirate of this and look at it under the microscope or send it to the lab to confirm this. If this is what it is you can either have it removed (it is gets larger and Brioche bothers with it) or you can wait for it to resolve on its own.
