Pet's info: Dog | English Cocker Spaniel | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 9 days old
Hi, I asked you 2weeks ago for advice on my 8 week old cocker spaniel and you said she should improve her eye focus very soon. She's 10 weeks old now and still the same. Her eyes are not normal they have a trolley look. She puts her nose to the ground to walk and she also turns in circles every day when excited. Could she have homers syndrome? If so what do I do?when I talk to her she looks at my stomach. Thankyou

If you feel her eye sight is not Normal, then I would highly encourage you to have her evaluated by a veterinarian soon. She is at the age where she should be seen for vaccinations and deworming on every 3-4 weeks or so. Horners syndrome includes droopy eyes, elevated third eyelids, and a small pupil. It would be very rare in a puppy but possible. I would be more concerned about birth defects to the eyes at this time. Best of luck and I hope you find an answer soon. Thank you for using Pet Coach.
