My new guinea pigs aren't drinking water. Why and what to do?

I adopted two guinea pigs a week ago and they haven't been drinking water at all. Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 10 days old | 1.27 lbs

There are many reasons this could be happening. It could be related to their diet. It could be they don't like the taste of their water. They may not like the water source (bowl versus bottle).
