My hamster has red pee, is skinny, and not active. Is it a UTI?

Hi, I'd like to ask what can I do for my hamster. Lately, her...pee, has had a redder color to it. In addition to that, the fur around her stomach has become more dirtier, and her stomach has been limp. She has also become slimmer lately, ate less food, and stopped playing in her wheel. What could be wrong with her?

These signs might be compatible with a urinary tract infection/inflammation. Stress related (idiopathic type of inflammation) infection and presence of crystals are the most common causes of it. A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics may be needed.
