Due to the number of symptoms you listed, it would be best to seek veterinary care ASAP to have your bird examined. Birds are excellent at hiding illness, and if he is showing this many signs of illness, he is likely ill and will need to be treated. Infections from yeast, bacteria or fungus can cause problems with the mouth or crop, as well as parasites or other illnesses which can affect the GI tract as well leading to the symptoms seen in his mouth and stool. Your vet may recommend additional tests such as bloodwork to help narrow down the issue. Until you can get to the vet, separating him from any other birds into a hospital cage that is kept warm with easy access to food and water may help, but ultimately an exam is needed to figure out the issue and solve it.
