My dog's eye is swollen shut for 2 days after attack. Vet needed?

I have a serious question pertaining to my dogs eyes. My dog was attacked a couple days ago and her right eye has been swollen shut. It's been 2 days now and it still isn't opening. I've done a warm compreas, triple antibiotic and even an antibiotic. Concerned that she could lose vision. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 9 months old | 40 lbs

Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. With your description i am concerned that there is trauma to the eye. I would highly recommend getting this looked at by a veterinarian as soon as possible. The longer you wait, the more severe this could become. Eyes are very delicate and when there is trauma you want to treat early before there are problems. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
