Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Many skin bumps can look the same. Due to Nox's young age, it is likely a histiocytoma. Histiocytomas are benign growths on young dogs that are red, hairless raised button like lesions that spontaneously regress with in 2-3 months. Sometimes they ulcerate before they go away. Other possibilities are sebaceous adenomas or mast cell tumor. If the mass grows or doesn't go away in 2-3 months I recommend having your Vet take a look. I hope this helps and I wish you and Nox the best!
