My new puppy won't eat his food, only treats. Is he a picky eater?

Hi I got my new puppy some food and he doesmt look to interested in it at first and take hours to eat it. Is that normal or should I be worried and try a different kind? He loves his milk bone treats tho

Hi there and thank you for your post! It may be that he is particular about textures. With dogs like this I recommend trying multiple different formulas of food and trying different sized kibble such as small versus large or large versus small bites. It may also be worth trying canned food versus dry food. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
