My dog is peeing blood, smells bad, has mucus, and can't control it.

Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Female | spayed | 2 years and 7 months old | 70 lbs

My 2 year old female pit is having bloody urine and it also is foul smelling. She can't control it and has been uses it in the house. She also has white mucus like spots in the urine too.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This is likely due to a urinary tract infection. I recommend that you have her evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Your veterinarian would be able to start an antibiotic right away and also culture her urine to make sure that the right antibiotic is used. Good luck and have a good night!
