My dog ate raisins. Are they toxic? What should I do in an emergency?

Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 10 months old | 45 lbs

this is for both of my dogs. Marie and Holden. (Holden is a 70 pound mountain kurr) we think one ir both if them might have eaten probably a trailmix bag worth of rasins. we arent 100% sure though, we know we need to induce vomiting but how do i know who to make throw up. what if im overreacting?

It looks like you asked this about 7 hours ago, so it's too late to make them vomit (in the future, for time sensitive questions we recommend the premium questions because they get flagged differently for immediate help). I would recommend taking both to an emergency clinic to have blood work done and and get them started on IV fluids. Raisins are VERY frustrating, because we do not know what the toxic dose is and it seems to be different for different dogs. One dog might have horrible kidney failure and die from a few raisins, but another dog might get raisins for treats their whole life and be perfectly fine. So you have to decide if you want to treat them, or risk it.
