My dog is throwing up red blood, drinking water, but won't eat. Help!

My dog is throwing up and it looks red like blood, she is drinking her water fine but will not eat? Please help

This is very concerning that she has a severe gastric ulcer. This can happen with certain medications, infections, or ingestion of certain poisons. I recommend that you take Piper to the vet for an evaluation and treatment as soon as possible, because Piper can lose a significant amount of blood through her gastrointestinal tract if not treated right away.
