My 6-month hamster has a neck lump. What is it and how to help?

my 6 months hamster has a swolling under his neck and near to his mouth . i dont now if it a tumor ; my hamster still very normal he is eating ,drinking , playing , doing the bathroom ; and i can not go to the vet because there is no hamster vet in my city ; please if you can give me some humain medicament to give him. Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Male | 6 months and 7 days old | 250 lbs

This could be either a tumor or an abscess, because of his age an abscess is more likely. you will have to take him to the vet so they can open the abscess and drain it, this is not something that can be done at home.
