What are these skin tags on my dog's belly and what causes them?

I have just recently noticed this strange skin on my dogs belly. What could it possibly be caused by? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 8 years and 10 months old | 63 lbs

Without a biopsy I can’t say for sure what this is, but the picture appears to be skin tags. I am not overly concerned about it being cancerous, but I would recommend having her examined by your veterinarian.
