Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Cats with urethral obstructions can re-block, both from inflammation and from another stone. If nothing is coming out and Ozzy is in the box, I recommend bringing him to a vet right away to ensure that his bladder is not large. It could be that he is just inflamed and is straining because he feels like he has to pee but his bladder is actually empty, however if it is blocked again then you need to resolve that right away. Also, depending on what medications he was given, an anti-inflammatory or a urethral sphincter relaxant can be added. Do not give any medications from home, these can be very toxic to cats and can put them into kidney failure. Cats are very sensitive to NSAIDs and require cat specific ones. Best of luck with Ozzy. I hope he feels better soon.
