Why is my puppy lethargic and sneezing? Should I take her to vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Labradoodle | Female | spayed | 4 months and 27 days old | 23 lbs

My puppy is eating and drinking water, normal bowel movements.. but she’s very lethargic, she’s also been sneezing a lot. Should I be worried?

This could be due to an upper respiratory infection, if she is not vaccinated Distemper (which can be fatal) should be ruled out as well. you should take her to the vet in order to get it checked ASAP.
