Is is possible a neuted male cat can mate and produce kittens???! My 13 year old neuted male cat was seen mating with a female cat in season and she has had kittens.. I wonder if this is normal for a neutered cat. He was 'done' aged 5 months old...

A truly neutered male can not reproduce with a female. Without testicles they are unable to produce and pass sperm rendering them sterile. Behavior associated with mating can still occur in neutered males however, particularly those which were neutered only recently and may still have residual testosterone circulating in the blood stream.
