My puppy has fleas. Will home remedies like Dawn dish soap baths work?

My puppy snow is 11 months and my puppy Faith is 1 year old. I just found a flea on snow. Not faith yet. But I want to be safe and give them both baths to take the fleas away from one and keep the fleas away from the other. I can't go to a vet. Is there at home remedies I can use to shower them and get rid of fleas? Will dawn dish soap work ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered

Showering them will not get rid of the fleas, there are flea shampoos in pet shops but these products are not recommended either. without going to the vet your best option is buying a spot on called advantage in a pet shop, this will get rid of the fleas and protect them for a month.
