Why is my cat peeing on bed after moving? Stress or outside cats?

Recently moved and my male cat has urinated a little on my bed 5-6 times. This only happens in the am, while I am still in bed. I use the calming spray here and there. I am thinking he is not used to new home, its been almost two months since the move. I also noticed a cat coming around outside and my cat gets angry. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 4 years and 1 month old | 15 lbs
