Why is my 10-year-old dog's nipple bleeding and her fur falling out?

I have a 10 year old bitch staffy, she has started loosing fur and her back end has started scabbing up and she loves to scratch, I cut her nails regular and they seem to be growing back really quickly I can be cutting them on a weekly basis, And she seems to have a sack full of blood on her nipple and I was looking at it yesterday and it was leaking blood she has got an appointment scheduled but something is not right has she hasnt been like this for that long. I would be very concerned she may have a mammary tumour which may be causing her symptoms. Please get her assessed by your vet urgently, they may wish to run bloods to rule out infection and other medical causes also given her age
