German shepherd/ Rottweiler mix almost 8 years old. His penis is out all the way and won't go back in. It has been at least 6 hours. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 7 years and 11 months old | 100 lbs

After that long if being it is a medical problem. He will need to see a vet Immediately for treatment which will involve sedation to try to replace it or surgery to help hold it in. In the mesntime keep it lubricates to prevent tbfrim drying out until he gets seen
