Puppy sneezing, coughing, congested: Is it serious? When to see vet?

My 5 month old puppy is sneezing and coughing and sounds congested. She is up to date on all her shots. Should I be concerned.

Ifs he is eating and drinking normally and still playful, then you can try the steam from a hot shower to help break some mucous up and see if that helps. If it does not get better or her appetite is decreased then I would have your vet examine her to see if she has a respiratory infection or if it is allergy induced.
