My cat is lethargic, unresponsive, and not eating after vet visit?

My cat is acting very lethargic. She was at the vet only 11 days ago to have her yearly exam and shots and the doctor said she looked great. Since Sunday, if I don’t move her she will stay on my bed all day. She won’t get up to eat, use the litter box or drink. She urinates without hesitation when I put her in her box, will only take a couple treats (refusing her normal food) and will drink water with lots of encouragement. She’s normally very affectionate but barely responds to me now. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed
