If Sunny is an older dog, it may be several possibilities including normal age related changes, infection/inflammation, cataracts or glaucoma. You can have her examined by your veterinarian or a vet opthalmologist, especially if she seems painful or is pawing at her eye.

Poor Sunny! She could be suffering from cataracts causing the cloudy grey appearance, or it could be nuclear sclerosis (a normal change to the eye that occurs in senior dogs), corneal edema, or anterior uveitis. Without seeing her in person, I can't say for certain what is causing it or if there is a chance she will go blind from it. The best thing to do is having her seen by a vet tomorrow to have her eyes examined. I hope this helps!
