Hi, my dog has been getting bumps on his snout that come and go. This morning he got another one but it's bleeding this time. What is happening to him? And why? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 9 years old | 15 lbs

That area can commonly become swollen and abscess if there is a tooth root abscess and an infection with his gums and teeth. Typically this require your vet to do a good oral exam and check the lymph nodes for further swelling. They can then recommend a dental tonhave the teeth cleaned and see if some teeth need to be extracted then along with antibiotics
