My 4+ month old female gsd. She pees in her "SLEEP" by 4-5 days, Why? (btw she is healty, good appetite, clean pee). Is there any need to take her to the hostpital or could be possible to figure out with any medication? Here vet looks confused when i told him about the problem.

This is happening either due to a urinary infection or due to a birth deformity in her urinary tract (ectopic ureter). you will need to take her to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked, the vet will do a urine analysis and will probably prescribe antibiotics, hopefully this will solve the problem.

I would start with a urine sample and ultrasound to see if there is medical reason such as an infection or an ectopic ureter. if those are normal then it maybe a problem with the sphincter strength and control and there is medication that can help.
