My dog is vomiting, bloated, and can't poop. Is it a blockage?

My dog is having no stools , and doing vometting frequently. I think his stomach is swollen also.

This is concerning of an intestinal blockage. Dogs can get this from eating non-food items that cannot be digested, passed through the stomach/intestine. What you are describing is an emergency and Heaven should go to the vet as soon as possible in order to keep him from having serious complications. The vet will be able to take x-rays and do other diagnostics to help determine the cause of this and the best treatment. I hope that helps and Heaven gets better soon.
