Is my new 4-month-old puppy safe to go outside after all his shots?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 31 lbs

We have a new puppy about 4 months old. He has had the following: 9/5 - Bordatella shot, DHPP, 9/20 -DHPP, Deworming, Coccidia Treatment, Flea/Tick treatment, Microchipped 10/4 -Deworming 10/5 -Rabies, and Neutered 10/7 - We adopted him 10/10 - DAP Question: Can he now go outdoors

He has had 2 vaccines to cover for distemper/parvo but in order to be fully covered the last one needs to fall after 16 weeks of age. If he is 4 months old now he will be due for that final booster now then will be fully covered! You can take him out in your yard but I would it take him to dog parks untik he gets that final vaccination
