My dog has many lumps under skin overnight. Is it an allergy?

My dog overnight got 30 or so lumps varying in size. Please help, the are under the skin. Pet's info: Dog | English Bulldog | Male | neutered | 75 lbs

This is probably an allergic reaction due to an insect bite or a plant outside. those reactions tend to resolve within 48 hours without treatment. if the swelling becomes too large or if your dog is lethargic, take Opie to the vet in order to get an antihistamine injection.
