My dog is vomiting brown smelly liquid for a week but seems fine?

My dog has been vommitting a brown smelly liquid for about 1 week now about 3 x a day. She's acting completely normal in every other way. No change in energy, stool, behavior, or eating habits. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 165 lbs

It could just be reflux, if her stomach is over producing gastric juices they can be very irritant and cause vomiting. However she could have damage to her stomach causing bleeding or a foreign body causing reaction. I would take her into the vet for a check up, they can at least give her something to settle the stomach pH, and they can decide if she needs investigations such as imaging.
