My dog is bloated and won't eat after his house was moved. Why?

This is gonna be weird... My dog yesterday looked a normal, healthy size. Although when I got home he looks extremely bloated and someone moved his dog house and he was off his chain. I don’t know what happened to him and he refuses to eat. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered

I would take Lucius to the vet for a check up asap. I am concerned that if someone has interfered with his house they may have given him something. If he is bloated and not wanting to eat he may have ingested something bad, be taking a reaction to something or his stomach could be bloating. This could potentially be a very serious situation so I would go to the vet now. Hopefully it is nothing and he is just upset from his house being moved.
