Why is my dog bloated, not eating, and in pain? Is it an emergency?

Could you advise of the possible condition of my dog, he is not him self, not eating, possible boated stomach, in some pain, more needy than normal, I am thinking GDV. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 1 year and 10 months old | 35 lbs
