My dog won't eat, vomits, and shakes after heat. Is she pregnant?

My dog dosen't eat anything from lst 4 days... She was seen tied up for probably 3 minutes during her heat, on 25 th of September. Now, whenever she eats she vomits, sleeps a lot, body temperature changes frequently... Sometimes her ears, nose and paws are cold. Today, after vomiting, while sleeping, we saw her legs slightly shaking.... Pls suggest something. We are really scared... Is she pregnant... Our vet said she is having some gas. What can be done to gastric she is having? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 11 months and 1 day old

I would highly recommend an examination by your veterinarian. She could have an intestinal obstruction, or even an infection of the uterus called a pyometra. They can be life threatening. An x-ray will likely be recommended to help with the diagnosis, and possibly blood work as well. Good luck- I really hope that she improves soon.
