Why is my cat not eating after flea treatment? Ears are droopy.

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 10 lbs

My cat turbo 4 yrs old was infested with fleas just did a huge treatment on him. Now he isn’t eating or drinking and his ears are droopy.

This sounds like it may be a reaction to the medicine. Cats can be very sensitive to flea medicines. It cause shaking, twitching, jerking, foaming, vomiting, and seizure like behavior. To be safe I would try to wash as much of it off as you can with dawn dish soap as this will strip the meidcines and oil from his coat. Try to give him canned food or tuna to help stimulate his appetite. If he has further symptoms as describe above then he needed to be seen as an emergency tonight, if not he should be better by morning. If not, I would get him checked out then
