Why is my dog peeing blood, not eating, and acting very tired?

You Hello my pit bull terrier is suffering from something and I don't know what. She won't eat. She tries to pee but nothing happens. Even she does urinate there's some blood and its an extreme amount and it stinks. She shakes. She's been extremely tired

I recommend a vet visit for Echo ASAP. It sounds like she may have a problem with her urinary system. She may have a urinary infection, bladder stones or kidney disease. The vet may recommend a urinalysis, bloodwork and/or radiographs depending on what they find on her exam. Depending on the diagnosis treatment may be as simple as antibiotics or in cases of bladder stones, surgery may be indicated. I hope Echo is better soon.
