How to prepare for a pregnant cat's birth and care for her kittens?

Hi so today I went to the vet about my cat Skye, and they confirmed that she is pregnant. Everything is going well with her but I am unsure about what I should do to prepare for the birth and the raising of my new kittens. If you could give me a bit of an idea of some things I should do for her now and after? That would be great! And I love this site so much! Keep up the great work guys!
