Poor puppy! The only possible treatment at this stage is aggressive intravenous fluid treatment, IV antibiotics, pain medication, and anti-nausea drugs like Cerenia. If there is any possible way to get her to an emergency veterinary clinic for these services, that is what you must do. Otherwise, injectable pain medication like an opiate (hydromorphone, buprenorphine, etc) is the only thing you can do right now to help. This pup is likely unable to keep any food or water down and so oral medications are not going to be possible.
