I'm so sorry Pookie isn't feeing well. I am very concerned that something is wrong with her kidneys given that she is drinking lots of water and is lethargic. Given she is so young, I would be concerned about a possible congenital problem going on. She also could have a viral infection, as many young cats experience these. Many young kittens also have intestinal parasites that can make them quite ill. I would recommend you take her to your vet as soon as you are able to get evaluated. She likely needs a good exam, her temperature checked to see if she has a fever, a fecal check, and possibly blood work to determine what is going on. Based on what is found by your vet, they can tell you the best treatment to get her back on track! Good luck!
