Just got a 6 week old golden retriever puppy has had diarrhea for 2 days (same color as normal poop),has been lethargic all day since this morning, and seems weak. Diet consist of wet chicken morsels (same brand as owner), training soft chews, He ate his poop once 2 days ago and yesterday he given dry food soaked in water. Should i take him to the pet hospital or can I wait for his normal vet?

Sorry your new baby is not feeling well. It is a bit concerning that you say he is weak. The diarrhea alone is not an emergency, but depending on how weak he is, maybe this is an emergency. If he is pale, unable to stand or have breathing difficulties, then I would seek help ASAP. If he is just blah, tired but otherwise normally responsive you can probably wait until tomorrow. Your vet will likely want to check a fecal sample and if you are able to take a fresh one that would be a good idea. In the meantime, keep him hydrated and continue to offer him small amounts of food every couple of hours.
