Why is my puppy vomiting, not eating, and having diarrhea for a week?

My pet dog has done vomit last Saturday since then he has barely eaten anything and whatever he does eat he again vomits it out. In this whole week he has vomit around 10-11 times. He has done potty twice and it was mostly in liquid state(Loose Motion). He is not responding to us and always says no to food. Likes to stay alone. Today is 7th day. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 27 days old | 28.66 lbs

Poor Cooper! I am very concerned about him as he looks very sick. He could have an infection, parasite, intestinal obstruction, or a metabolic/endocrine disease causing his problems. He needs to have a full work-up to determine the cause with blood-work, parasite testing, and abdominal x-rays. Based on his condition he really should be hospitalized on IV fluids and medications to control the vomiting until a diagnosis can be determined.
