My mother dog leaves her puppies after feeding. Is this normal?

My puppies are 17 days old, the mother dog doesn't stay with the puppies anymore she will go in and feed and clean them, but then leaves, is this normal? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 17 days old

Yes, the mothers tend to tire of their young rather quickly and it's natural for them to spend some time away from the nest during the day. If she is feeding and cleaning them good, then I would not be worried about it, or consider it unusual.
