Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 10 days old | 4 lbs
My 10 week old puppy has been passing some clear mucus after he poops. Not a lot. Most of his poops are solid but there will be a few spots with the mucus on different droppings. He has been de-wormed and shows no loss of appetite or changes in mood. He has had only 1 out of 3 rounds of shots. Should I be worried?

Even though he has been de-wormed, he could still have an intestinal parasite causing the problem. There are some parasites, like Giardia and Coccidia, that are not treated with a general broad spectrum de-wormer and need a specific medication. Take a fecal sample to your vet to be sent out to a lab for fecal testing. You could also add a probioitc to his diet and see if that helps, too.
