Dog ate pork bone, vomiting, coughing. What should I do now?

Hello, my dog was chewing on a pork rib bone yesterday and i think i got most of it out, she's a 4 year old french bulldog not spayed, i gave her a slice of bread right after soaked in olive oil and she puked it, took her to the vet they got xrays she was hacking and coughing this morning the xrays dont show a blockage but she ate today and puked all her food and part of yesterdays i checked there were no bones or anything solid in the vomit, she has also been pooping fine

I would suggest to withhold food for the next 8-12 hours and then start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days. I would definitively recommend another veterinary check up if the signs persist or you notice diarrhoea, more vomiting, lethargy or inappetence. Anti-emetic medications (against vomiting) may be needed.
