My dog has welts, red eyes, nausea. Is it an allergic reaction? What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year old | 12 lbs

My dog is having nausea, redness/inflammation around eyes and on paws, and welts all over body. Do you think this is an allergic reaction, if so or if not what treament should I seek?

Yes it appears to be an allergic reaction. You should get him to a vet for an exam. Injections of steroids and anti-histamines are usually needed to stop the reaction before it gets even worse. Sometimes the facial swelling will get so bad that it causes them trouble breathing. After the injections your vet will give you medications you will need to give at home for a few days as well.
