My found kitten has hair loss, scabs, and diarrhea. What's wrong?

I found a kitten with scabs and knots. Fur is falling out and I can start seeing the pink skin. Kittens not scratching at the scabs or knots and is just playful and being a normal kitten. Just want to know if there’s anything I can do for the hair loss. The kitten is also having some diarrhea but not much. Just want to make sure he’s okay.

He really needs to see a vet for this issue. Hair loss in kittens is almost always due to ringworm or another type of parasite (mites). He doesn't look very healthy and probably needs to be dewormed as well. Ringworm is contagious to people (especially young kids) so it is best if you take him to your vet for a diagnosis so appropriate treatment can be started. Hope this helps.
