Dog hit by car, no visible injury. Could there be internal bleeding?

My dog hit by a car for 22 hours and weirdly it didn’t break any limbs and I suspect it might experience internal bleeeding I don’t know I need some help now

Hi and thanks for posting. I am very sorry to hear T was hit by a car. Even though he may seem okay externally, he may very well have internal organ damage. Common injuries endured in Hit By Car incidences that may not be obvious at first may be splenic torsions, bleeding, bladder damage, lung injuries, pelvic fractures, and trauma to other organs such as the kidneys. My strong advice is to take T into a veterinary hospital for x-rays, blood work, and urine testing to check for internal organ damage that may not be obvious shortly after the accident.     IF you suspect internal bleeding this is unfortunately not the place to look for help, you need to take him urgently to the vet as every minute counts in these conditions, he will need to have an ultrasound done first thing to rule out internal bleeding.
