My dog is peeing blood, pale, and not eating. Is it an emergency?

My dog is urinating blood and he is look pale. He is eating but it is just a bit. Its been 2 days since he started urinating blood. Can you help me? Please.

This is a serious issue and Tiny needs to see a vet. Common reasons for a dog to urinate blood: 1. fractured os penis 2. bladder stones 3. ingestion of a poison (like rat poison) 4. injury to the urethra 5. severe urinary tract infection None of these can be treated at home. He must see a vet. Please take him as soon as possible. With him looking pale and not really eating I am worried about him having ingested a poison/toxin.
