My dog ate a cigarette butt. Is it dangerous? What should I do?

My small dog ate little bit of cigarette i think what should i do?

Hello, & thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. If Emma ate just a small amount of the cigarette, then she will be fine. There may be some GI upset, possibly vomiting, but there should be no long term problems. If she managed to eat the burning end, then she may require veterinary care. Otherwise, you should not have any worries with this. Take care.
