Dog shaking, groaning, vomiting clear liquid: When to see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 60 lbs

Hello I have a 4 year old pitbull Corgi mix and she's been acting a little strange today she's been isolating herself in rooms when usually she hangs out around the family she threw up today but it was just clear but now she is shaking like she's cold and she is breathing noisily almost like she's groaning in between shaking her eyes nose and gums look normal and she has no injury that I can see I just want to make sure this isn't something I should be concerned about but I've never seen do this

She may be in pain or having upset stomach from an infection or eating something that isn't agreeing. The shaking and breathing changes can be an indicator of pain. Whenever there is vomiting, you should monitor for diarrhea also, as they can often occur together. If her appetite is decreased or there is bloody diarrhea, then I would get her seen by a vet. If she is breathing with no distress you can monitor her for any further changes.
